After the production is in the prototype approval stage, we continue to prepare and start the production process.
The production process includes the preparation phase-technical programming, equipment preparation, timing approval-and the production of the watch parts themselves. The production time depends on the quantity ordered; in some cases, the finished product is shipped in batches.
Tips
Most of the components we produce in the workshop; this way we can best control the production process. However, we have an extensive network of suppliers and subcontractors who provide important support for our private label watch projects. Long-term cooperation with suppliers allows us to also supply highly complex watch components. This method also helps to find the best solution for price and quality.

The assembly of Mecano watches is carried out in Shenzhen. At this stage, the product undergoes final control, and then the finished product is ready to be shipped to the customer.
