Quality control starts from the early stage of the private label project-technology development, and runs through the entire development and production process, until the moment the watch is ready to be sent to the customer. This control is particularly important in the following stages:
- Technical inspection as the first step from an idea to a real watch: Our experts develop technical “designs” based on customer sketches and reference materials to ensure that the original idea is technically sustainable.
- Material quality inspection: The continuous process during prototype development and mass production with the purpose of checking the quality of each material used.
- Quality inspection of finished parts: Need to ensure the quality of every detail before sending for assembly.
- A final quality inspection to detect the slightest defect or disorder of a new watch using specific laboratory equipment. This is the final stage before delivery. Therefore, the purpose is to ensure that the product meets the customer’s requirements. The main tests are as follows:
