All watches produced by Mecano are certified to Chinese quality standards.
Every watch has a two-year warranty, no matter which price category it belongs to-we understand that your name or logo on the dial should be guaranteed for maximum quality. You can be sure that once your customer discovers that the watch is defective or malfunctioning during the warranty period, the watch will be repaired or replaced free of charge according to the complexity of the defect
The warranty is valid for two years from the date of purchase and covers final manufacturing defects. However, there are a few cases that are not covered by the warranty:
- Regular maintenance service
- Defects caused by careless or unauthorized services
- Damage caused by accident or improper use
- Any other damage that cannot be classified as a manufacturing defect
- Disposal of the quartz watch battery, excluding the case where the battery cannot be used
Once the watch needs repair or warranty service, you can contact Mecano to obtain the necessary instructions for service and next steps. However, the freight will be borne by the customer, while all other costs (such as repairs during the warranty period and return shipping after service) will be borne by Mecano.
Description
Please note that each watch needs to be disposed of properly from the date of purchase. The watch should be stored perfectly in a dry but not too warm place.

It should be cleaned regularly, you can use a soft cloth to remove dirt and fingerprints, and sometimes use a little soap.
