Packaging and Shipping

During the production process, we discuss the design of the final packaging (watch box) with the customer, and organize its procurement and delivery accordingly. When choosing the right packaging for your watch, there are two key considerations: reliability (to ensure the safety of the watch during transportation and delivery) and aesthetics (in harmony with the design of the watch itself).
However, there may be a situation in which it is the customer who organizes the package purchase. Customers can establish direct contact with professional companies and arrange purchasing and packaging independently. In this case, our only commitment to the packaging will be to ensure the safety of the watch during the delivery process, and to a lesser extent consider the aesthetic issues when choosing the packaging type.
